If you are outside of the US, we recommend you sign up for a myus.com account to have the MarkSetBot sent to you.  This service offers you a US address that will forward to your international address.  Their service is substantially less expensive than DHL and Fedex. When you check out, you will want to select Fedex and input your myus.com address in Sarasota, Florida, USA and then you will pay myus.com directly for shipping the package from Florida to your address.  It is usually around $200 - $450 in myus.com fees.  If you prefer to pay for shipping directly with someone like Fedex or UPS, make sure they are able to transport 100Ah Lithium Ion batteries via Air from MarkSetBot, 2200 Hunt Street, Detroit, MI 48207 to your location.  When you check out, select "In-Store Pickup" during check out.  As of January 2018, DHL is not able to transport batteries from the US internationally.
